was created through a shared passion for community, kindness, and giving back. In collaboration with Taylor Yeagle, founder of The Safe Haus, this program was designed to support a mission that is making a huge difference in our community.
Taylor built The Safe Haus from the ground up—driven by compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to animals in need. As a business owner and mother of three, she pours her time, energy, and heart into creating a safe haven for rescue animals and their humans, relying wholeheartedly on the support of the community to bring that vision to life.
The Press Paws Program is our way of giving back to those who choose to support The Safe Haus as it finds a home in Lycoming County. We are now offering exclusive discounts on sessions to all monthly donors who help keep The Safe Haus running and growing!
Here’s how it works:
🐾 $5–$14/month → 10% off all sessions
🐾 $15–$24/month → 15% off all sessions
🐾 $25+/month → 20% off all sessions
*** weddings excluded

RESCUE AND SHELTER
FOUNDER & CEO
From reuniting lost pets to rehabilitating the forgotten or simply finding a better fit for a struggling family, one thing is certain - The Safe Haus is changing the game for rescue.
Founded in 2025 by Taylor Yeagle, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit based out of Montoursville, PA, is already making a significant impact in the community that it serves - before its doors have even opened.
What began as a vision rooted in compassion and community has quickly grown into a powerful movement. Without a fully operational shelter space yet, The Safe Haus has stepped into the gap where need is highest; responding to urgent situations, coordinating fosters, and ensuring animals in need don't fall through the cracks. Their work is best told through the animals themselves.
See just a few of their life-changing success stories below! 👇🏼
Mama's story is one of resilience. She's a dog who needed time, patience, and the right environment to truly thrive. Today, she's safe, loved, and exactly where she belongs with her amazing Moms.
Molly's journey reflects the heart of the rescue; not just saving lives, but finding the right life.
After emergency medical treatment post-rescue, and through thoughtful placement and unconditional support, she found a home that fits her needs and allows her to f l o u r i s h.
Ember represents the second chances The Safe Haus fights for every day. Once uncertain, now secure in a future filled with
stability and love.
And then there are the quiet wins that don't always make headlines. Bruno's story is one of hope and healing - a reminder that even in difficult circumstances, there is always a path forward with the right people.
And sometimes, It's as simple and as powerful as a microchip scan. A lost sphynx cat was safely returned home because someone took the time to check.
A small action, with life-changing results.
At The Safe Haus, every animal (and human) is treated not as a number, but as an individual deserving of respect, care, and a real chance; no matter their situation. As renovations continue on the future facility, the organization is building more than just a physical space. They are creating a new standard - one that blends rescue, rehabilitation, community education, and innovative solutions, such as temporary housing during treatment for addiction, or when leaving abuse.
The Safe Haus is stepping forward with a different approach; one rooted in action, transparency, kindness, and unwavering commitment to doing better for both animals and the people who love them.
And if their impact so far is any indication.... they're just getting started.
